Overview

Cadre Pro includes a 14-day free trial. You are only charged if you choose to continue after the trial ends.

Free Trial

New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will be asked to provide payment details to continue. If you do not continue, your account moves to the Free tier automatically — no charge, no action needed.

In plain English: try everything Pro has to offer for 14 days at no cost. If it's not for you, just don't continue — you won't be charged.

Renewals

After the trial, Pro is billed monthly at €14.00. Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current period
In plain English: once you're paying, payments aren't refunded. But you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of your paid period.

How to Cancel

Cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@cadre.gg. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We handle exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages, accidental double charges) on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

In plain English: if something unexpected happens — a long outage, a double charge — get in touch and we'll sort it out fairly.

Processing

Any approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
